People who use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged in their role. The Gallup Strengths Orientation Index measures how successful companies are at laying down the conditions for employees to focus on their strengths. What happens after this is engagement. We are happy when doing what we are great at. If our job allows us to do this, chances are we are on the way to engagement in our roles.
